On March 1, I began my weight loss journey.
My first weigh in was 177 pounds. My last weigh in was 180 pounds.
This is not my first attempt at getting healthier. In fact, a gain in weight was normal amongst my previous attempts. Most of the time, that was when I gave up.
Not this time!
I'm in this for the long haul. My weight didn't just appear overnight. It's not going to go away overnight, either.
Here's to the journey...

you've certainly go the right mindset about it coming on slow and coming off slow too. I think that is one of the hardest things to except when we decide to "change". Don't let the small gain get ya down!!!
