Stats: Walked 37 minutes (1.75 miles)
Haven't been doing well the last few days. Happy that I managed a walk today, no matter how abbreviated.

Day 208
Stats: Walked 2 hours (6 1/2 miles)
This morning did not start out too promising. Still waking up tired. But, the problem was that my arms felt like lead. Figured I would be dragging myself around the track.
Instead, I ended up walking 6 and a half miles. My left leg didn't even bother me. Yay!

Day 204
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 20 minutes (4.25 miles)
Quit early this morning. My left heel is bothering me. My shoe rubbed last week, because the sock ended up too low. I think I overcompensated for the discomfort too long.

Day 199
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 45 minutes
It was a bit cold when we started out this morning. But, ended up warming up nicely. Just enough that shirt sleeves were comfortable.
Still a bit tired, despite sleeping very well. Wish I could shake it!

Day 198
Stats: Walk/Run 1 hour, 3 minutes (4 miles)
Running was difficult today.
Ran every 3rd lap. First run was a full lap. Subsequent runs were at least a half lap. Just couldn't manage any more than that.

Day 194
AM Stats: Walked 35 minutes (1.75 miles)
Only had time for a short walk.
PM Stats: Biked 2 hours, 39 minutes (30 miles)
Originally, I wanted to ride 40 miles on my 40th birthday. It isn't going to happen. Too little time left. Hopefully, I'll have that 40 mile ride in by the end of September.
Previously, I've only ridden up to 20 miles. We really should have only gone 25 miles. A 50% increase in mileage was too much.
But, I think the route was a little more difficult. We chose to ride from the Depot, east. It is relatively flat, yet rough. It was constant pedaling. And, tremendously hard on the bottom.
The kicker...I have no proof! We took the camera. But, when I took it out to get a picture at the 15 mile turn around, the battery was toast.
By mile 28, my legs were shot. But, I did ride every bit of that 30 miles!
PM Stats: Walked 1 hour, 10 minutes (2.75 miles)
After dinner, I met with Tammy & another gal, so the boys could play tennis. We walked the track, while they played.
It was slow going. But, it felt better than sitting.
Sleep should be wonderful tonight!

Day 193
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 8 minutes (4.25 miles)
Walked solo this morning.
Still feeling exhasted. And, I needed to come home and take a nap. But, I walked. That's all that counts. Right?
Did have a break through, today! I decided to try on some of my too small clothes. Some are now a bit too big. Some fit! And, a fair amount of the rest are so close to fitting properly. I can get them on & zipped. But, just a bit snug for my liking.

Day 192
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 21 minutes (4.25 miles)
At this point, I'm very grateful for my friend counting on me to walk, because that is all that is getting me there.
Hope I get myself snapped out of this soon.

Day 191
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 20 minutes (4.25 miles)
Not a good morning. Left home with a headache & with the idea that I would walk at least a few laps. So happy with that decision.

Day 187
AM Stats: Walked 1 hour, 33 minutes (5 miles)
Still tired this morning, but ended up with a good walk.
PM Stats: Walk/Run (Trail) 1 hour, 45 minutes (5 1/2 miles)
Tortured the boy by taking him to hike after picking him up at school. He was none too happy. But, he perked up & even ran with me. I was proud of his efforts.
The running knocked a little over 15 minutes off our normal walking time.
Finally, after months of very little rain, we ended up drenched. Seriously!
By the time we were done, we were a pitiful, bedraggled bunch.

Weigh In
This morning the scale read 172.4.
A few days before I began Weight Watchers, I weighed 186.8. I've dropped 14.4 pounds in 5 weeks.
Weight Watchers has made it easy to keep a handle on the amount of calories I consume. I still end up over my alloted Points many days. But, the exercise coupled with being conscious of what I'm eating is working.
It's a relief to finally see some progress!

Day 185
Stats: Walked 1 hour, 30 minutes (4.25 miles)
Bad night. Tired. And, it was quite warm. Ugh!
Glad to have it out of the way.
