I am feeling so much better. It's absolutely crazy the way the pain & fatigue just comes and goes. Hopefully, the energy & good health are here to stay for a while.
Activity log:
April 29: Walked 30 minutes (1 1/2 miles)
Tammy's first time back to walking. So, we took it easy today.
May 2: Walked 1 hour (3 miles)
May 3: Walked 1 hour, 3 minutes (3 miles)
May 4: Treadmill 50 minutes (3 miles) & Step Class 45 minutes
The Step Class just reaffirmed that I have 2 left feet. Concentrated solely on getting the foot movements correct. I am most pleased with the evidence of my stamina. No pauses due to fatigue. Yay! Will most definitely take this class again.
May 6: Walked 30 minutes (1 3/4 miles) & Spin Class 45 minutes (13.6 miles)
All I can say about Spin Class is that I pedaled for 45 minutes straight with friction. Average RPM, 75. It was all I could do just to keep up with the pedaling. Positions 2 & 3, hovering and standing--Pfft!
I thought it was a Beginner's class. I also thought it was a half hour long. It wasn't. Under the circumstances, I can say I did just fine.
There will be a next time. But, I have to start at the beginning.
