Day 136

Stats: Walk/Run (4/2) 30 minutes; Walk 1 hour 2 minutes

Exercised while Jay had Tennis this evening. Did very well on the walk. 4:30 laps.

The walk/run, I finished. Should have moved up to the next interval level by now. But, this evening was hard. Don't know if it was from the heat. Or, that I had a little food on my stomach. Maybe a combination of both.

Try again Friday.
