Stats: Walk/Run (4/2) 30 minutes; Walk 37 minutes
After a really bad week, starting over with the running program.
I'm in a slump. Trying really hard to plod my way through it. I didn't want to get up this morning. Hit the snooze button repeatedly. But, wasn't sure if either of the girls would be waiting for me. So, I pulled my sorry self out of bed.
I'm so glad I did. But, I really need a nap now.
