Stats: 50+ minutes; P90X Disc 2
So, I ended up with this bright idea to buy the P90X program. It's been sitting for a month while I try to figure out a set up for the pull ups...like I'm ever going to be able to do those. Me...the girl with the noodly arms. *snort*
Haven't managed a workout since Sunday. Yesterday's attempt was almost non-existent. A whole 10 minutes/2 laps and Jay needed to come home.
So, this morning I decided to give the P90X a try. Just because the Disc has a #1 on it, doesn't mean that I have to begin with that one. Right?
Plyometrics is what he calls that workout. Jumps, lunges, squats. Ai-Yi-Yi!
Tony, I did my best! Wasn't pretty. But, I got the job done.
Truth be told, as imperfect as my attempt was, I am rather pleased with my performance. Room for improvement. But, that will be progress I can see.
