Stats: Walk/Run (4/2), 30 minutes
Walked 1 hour, 31 minutes
Decided to begin a running program. Today was relatively easy. From walking so much, I guess.
I'm starting to see a difference in my body. My upper stomach has thinned out noticeably. My hips seem slightly thinner also. Bad thing is, these two successes make my tummy more pronounced.
Didn't get here overnight. Isn't going to go away overnight.
Just have to keep plugging along.
